Return and Credit policy FAQ

 

Thank you for your purchase!  We always want you to love the items you purchase from us but also understand that sometimes things just don't work out.  Here are some frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges to help you out.

 

Orders placed online can be returned online OR at our Marble Falls shop for your convenience.  Please have a copy of your order receipt with you to return an online purchase in person.  *If you return an online purchase to our store a credit will NOT be processed at that time. Our returns manager will handle it within 48 hours and your store credit will be emailed to you. 

 

How do I return online?

  • Visit our returns center.
  • Enter your order number and email address to start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

What items are returnable? 

  • Online items must be returned within 14 days of purchase date.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed and tags MUST be attached.
  • Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, similar product stains or smoke odors will not be accepted, will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping charges.

What items are non-returnable? 

 

        The following items cannot be returned.  Sorry, no exceptions.

  • Gift cards
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear
  • Intimates
  • Sunglasses
  • Hair accessories
  • Seasonal items
  • Sale/discounted items

The item I received is damaged!

 

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.  If you believe you have received defective merchandise you must contact us at info@shopsmartiepantz.com within 3 days of receipt.  We are not responsible for damages after the item has been worn, washed or altered.  No exceptions. 

 

Can the items be exchanged?

 

Unfortunately, items cannot be exchanged.  All returns are for store credit.  We will process the return/credit within 48 hours so that you can immediately purchase the new item with the online credit issued. 

 

What are the refund options?

 

ALL RETURNS ARE ISSUED STORE CREDIT ONLY.  There are NO refunds.  This credit can be used on our online store or at our Marble Falls store location.  Store credit does not expire.  Store credit cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

 

How do I ship back the items?
